Juan is the partner in charge of Compliance. He has extensive experience in providing legal advice to companies, both national and multinational, on structural modification operations, as well as in the sale of companies, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and all kinds of commercial contracts.

Moreover, in the area of corporate compliance, Juan advises companies on the adoption of good corporate governance measures. All this within the framework of the implementation of legal compliance management systems (i.e., codes of ethics, reporting channels, internal protocols and policies, etc.).
