Javier specializes in advising companies and individuals from all sectors of the economy in matters relating to intellectual property rights (trademarks, tradenames, copyright —including software—, patents, utility models, industrial designs, domain names, etc.), unfair competition, advertising and personality and image rights.
Javier provides general legal advice and assistance on contracts, asset registration, dispute resolution and court proceedings, and he is in charge of IP Prosecution and Portfolio Management at RocaJunyent.
Besides, he also advises in matters related to sports (clubs, federations, athletes, associations and other institutions related to sports), e-sports (organization of championships and tournaments, teams, audiovisual rights, image rights, etc.), and the videogames industry. Moreover, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Fundació Barça Veterans.
