Rosa is the Head of the Labor Department in Madrid.  She specializes in Labor and Social Security law, advising companies, multinational corporations and senior executives, with particular dedication to litigation practice. She is an expert in collective bargaining as well as collective processes, employment management, corporate restructuring, company policies and remuneration systems.

She was highlighted as a relevant advisor by the international legal directory Best Lawyer (labor law and employment). In addition, she teaches at the UAM (Master in Access to Legal Practice), participates as a lecturer in seminars and conferences related to her activity, and contributes regularly to specialized publications.

Rosa speaks English and Spanish.
