Senior Associate

Elisenda has extensive experience in general and comprehensive advice on intellectual property, advertising law, unfair competition and image rights.

She specialises in the preparation of legal reports, drafting of injunctions, negotiation of out-of-court settlements and civil court proceedings on disputes relating to intellectual property rights, disputes with collective management companies, unfair competition acts and information society services.

She also has experience in criminal proceedings concerning offences against intellectual property, including advice on customs control for the protection of the rights of their holders.

Associate lecturer in the Master's Degree in New Technologies and Intellectual Property at ESADE (Ramon Llull University).

Elisenda speaks English, French, Spanish and Catalan.
