Pilar is in charge of recurrent and ongoing legal advice to private and public sector companies, both national and in particular international, attending to daily needs and giving support to Human Resources managers in personnel management. She also exercises legal defense in all types of labor disputes initiated by groups of workers or their representatives, both in local and in international issues. 

In this sense, she is responsible for advising international companies on transnational operations, giving support to those responsible for them in their management and also with regard to branches and foreign subsidiaries in Spain, as well as the international displacement of workers.

In addition, Pilar is a specialist in labor compliance matters, advising companies on investigation and audit procedures related to crime prevention models.

At the same time, she is a regular collaborator in universities and business schools (among them, the Master of Access to the Legal Profession at ESADE and the Master of Compliance at the Abat Oliba CEU University).

Pilar speaks English, French, Spanish and Catalan.
