José Manuel is a specialist in real estate, administrative and urban planning law. He has been responsible for the development of residential and tertiary hotel and recreational urban mega-projects in Castilla-La Mancha, as well as urban and real estate consultancy for the network of technology parks in the Community of Madrid.

He holds a Master's degree in corporate legal consultancy from IE (Instituto de Empresa).
