Antonio has been practising law for 32 years and focuses his professional practice on civil and criminal procedural law, defending the interests of the firm's clients before the Courts and Arbitration Tribunals; he also specialises in bankruptcy procedural law, preparing and processing insolvency proceedings and advising clients on these matters.

Throughout his professional career, he has been involved in numerous civil and commercial litigations related to contractual breaches and terminations, defence of entities issuing debt securities listed on fixed-income markets, interpretation of contracts, contractual and non-contractual civil liability, and protection of honour, privacy and personal image. In the field of criminal procedural law, he has been involved in legal proceedings relating to economic crimes and specialises in the criminal liability of legal persons and compliance.

Antonio combines his professional practice with teaching, and has collaborated as a lecturer and/or speaker at various schools and institutions, such as the Ramón Areces Foundation Chair in Commercial Distribution at the University of Oviedo and the Master's Degree in Legal Consultancy at the Carlos III University. He publishes articles and lectures on procedural issues and on the criminal liability of legal persons and criminal compliance.

In addition to his law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Antonio holds a Master's degree in Legal Practice from ICADE and a Master's degree in Intellectual Property from Grupo Recoletos.
