Carlos began his professional career in 1997 in a family wealth management business, later joining Palacio & Asociados in 2000, a firm where he practiced law, until joining DJV Abogados in 2018.His experience covers the different areas of business law, mainly commercial law.

He advises companies in the technology, real estate and consumer sectors, in M&A transactions and financial restructuring. He has served and continues to serve as secretary of the governing bodies of various companies and foundations.

He coordinates the activity of foreign law firms in international matters affecting companies with transnational interests.

Carlos speaks Spanish, English and French.
