In practice since 2003, Albert has experience in the different areas of labour law and Social Security, in terms of recurrent legal advice to companies, entities and corporations.

A graduate of the University of Girona, Albert is a specialist in collective bargaining and restructuring processes. He also has experience as a litigation lawyer, a speciality in which he has litigated before the Social Jurisdiction in individual and collective matters. In addition, Albert Martínez is also an expert in preventive and pre-litigation advice in Labour and Social Security Law and before the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate.

Albert speaks Spanish, Catalan and English.
