As a highly experienced lawyer, he has developed his entire professional career in the real estate and construction industry, advising on all types of real estate transactions in the diverse fields of his specialty.

His advice covers every aspect of the real estate business, from land development to the different ways of ownership acquirement and property development as a whole, including their related agreements with industrial workers, technicians, suppliers and the agreements needed for commercializing the resulting products. He has been involved in advising on all kinds of real estate operations, such as hotels and resorts, golf courses, shopping malls, retail in premium locations, office buildings and industrial premises, etc.

He is a professor of the Master’s Degree of Access to the Legal Profession at the International University of Catalonia.
