Christian Molina is partner of the areas of Trust, Banking & Finance, Real Estate & Construction, Leisure & Tourism, Corporate/M&A, Labour Law, Dispute Resolution: litigation and arbitration at ECIJA Dominican Republic.

Christian is a transactional Lawyer with various specialty areas including trusts, corporative law, litigation, financial and banking services, real estate and touristic law and labor law.

He has served as legal consultant for a variety of international clients on the implementation, protection and maximization of their investments in the Dominican Republic.

Christian posses a wide experience as advisor of lenders in sophisticated financial transactions, from carrying out due diligence process to borrowers and its stocks, to the structuring of the corresponding loan contracts and the registration of the appropriate guarantees.

In addition, he has advised clients with investments in the field of energy, commercial real estate, implementing corporative acquisitions or conducting operations pursuant to complex business structures.

He has been a pioneer on the study of the recent Law on Mortgage and Trust Market, advising clients in the creation of trust societies and the structuring of guarantees and real estate trusts development of high complexity.

He obtained a LL.M., American Law, International Business Practice, Outstanding Achievement Award in American Law, from Boston University, and a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude from Universidad Iberoamericana.
