Felipe has more than 5 years of experience in the legal advice of national and international companies in TMT, Startups, innovation, entrepreneurship, cybersecurity, privacy, data protection, corporate law and dispute resolution.

He has a Master’s degree in international business law from IE Law School (LLM – IBL), and additionally he studied a Master’s degree in Legal Tech from the same university.

He completed an exchange program (LLM), focused on non-renewable resource law and TMT at the National University of Singapore in Singapore; He completed a Legal Project Management program at IE Law School (Madrid) and is certified as a Legal Project Practitioner (LPP) by the International Institute of Legal Project Management.

He is a lawyer from the University of the  Hemispheres of Ecuador, where he received an honorable mention in his degree thesis entitled “mining royalties in mining contracts in Ecuadorian law”.
