Xavier, partner at ECIJA GPA Ecuador, is a specialized lawyer in Constitutional and Public Law with more than 15 years of experience in advising and sponsoring individuals, companies and institutions. He has extensive experience as president of the National Council of Migration Policy, advisor to the Minister of the Interior, legal advisor to the Inter-American Centre for Crafts and Folk Arts.

Prior to joining ECIJA, Xavier was a founding partner of Estudio Central Abogados.

Master in Global Rule of Law and Constitutional Democracy by the Universita de Genova, Master in Legal Argumentation – Senescyt Registry by the School of Law of the University of Alicante, Xavier is a specialist in Legal Argumentation and speaks Spanish and English.
