Enrique Del Cueto is a partner of ECIJA Puerto Rico at the Labour Law and Dispute Resolution Department and has over 16 years of experience assisting multinational companies in managing labor and employment law issues efficiently and effectively.

Enrique has focused his practice on domestic and cross-border management-side labor and employment law counseling and litigation matters, such as defending wrongful discharge, discrimination, and/or retaliation claims, mitigating the myriad of risks associated with engaging independent contractors in foreign jurisdictions, work rules, preparing and conducting anti-harassment trainings and handling conduct- and performance-based terminations and reductions in force, etc.

Enrique worked in the public sector, both in the executive and judicial branches of the Government of Puerto Rico.

Graduate of Law at University of Puerto Rico (B.S., 1999) and the University of Puerto Rico School of Law (J.D., 2003), Enrique is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico and before the U.S. Court of Appeals and speaks English and Spanish.
