Career
Adv. Rabello joined the firm after serving as a law clerk under the (then) Vice President of the Supreme Court, Menahem Elon.
Adv. Rabello has been involved in a wide range of the firm’s civil-commercial cases, with particular emphasis on complex litigation, including representation in civil courts, labor courts, arbitration and mediation. Adv. Rabello has considerable experience in the field of tenders, and provides legal counsel to a number of governmental entities in the field.
In addition, Adv. Rabello handles and coordinates complex real estate transactions and estates, and regularly counsels the firm’s clients in Contracts Law, Corporate Law, Property Law, Labor Law, Libel, Non-Profit Corporations, and Trusts and Estates.
Adv. Rabello, together with Adv. Isaac Molho, is also handling bankruptcy proceedings of the Karta Company – the first governmental company in liquidation proceedings. Adv. Rabello also represents a sizeable governmental agency against companies in various insolvency proceedings.
Recent Significant Activities:
Adv. Michael Rabello represents the Special Administrator of a government-municipal company in the liquidation of its assets which were sold for an amount exceeding 300 million New Israeli Shekels, and a claim from creditors which amounts to some 600 million New Israeli Shekels. Legal Counsel to the Tenders Committee in a project – granting tenders valued in excess of $100 million. Representation in Administrative Petitions related to various tenders.
