Career
Adv. Shay's practice involves a wide variety of corporate transactions for Israeli and international clients, including M&As, venture capital and private equity financings, international technology licensing and complex international transactions (including real estate).
Adv. Shay has extensive experience in day-to-day corporate and commercial matters and provides a number of companies with ongoing legal advice on a full range of routine and complex corporate and commercial issues.
At the same time, Adv. Shay also represents a number of organizations operating in the non-profit sphere and provides ongoing counsel to these organizations on the full range of their activities in Israel.
In addition to the above, Adv. Shay has particular expertise in the fields of administrative law and procurement and provides legal counsel to a national infrastructure company in relation to its international tenders.
Adv. Shay completed bachelor degrees in history and in law in Australia and, during her studies, was a member of the editorial board of Australia’s Journal of Human Rights. During and after completing her studies, she worked as a judicial aide in the Australian Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
Adv. Shay immigrated to Israel in 2000 and completed a master’s degree at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Faculty of Law.
Before joining the firm Adv. Shay completed her internship at the Ministry of Justice and then served as legal advisor to a non-profit organization.
Adv. Shay joined the firm in 2004 and became a partner in 2012.
