Adv. Eli Avrech represents numerous commercial and individual clients, including one of the largest museums in Jerusalem, one of the leading production companies in Israel, one of the leading textile groups in Israel, the Jerusalem Academic Institute, groups of graduates of foreign universities with branches in Israel, Israeli academic institutions, private clients, and many others. In particular, Adv. Avrech represents one of the biggest property developers in Israel, which involves overseeing complex negotiations, drafting contracts and representing clients in different courts.
Likewise, Adv. Avrech specializes in large real estate transactions throughout Israel, including handling complex transactions, conducting negotiations, drafting contracts and representation in various legal venues.
Adv. Avrech practices in a broad scope of legal fields, including civil law, property law, administrative law, labor law, tender laws, estates, contract law and real estate, handles a variety of transactions, advises companies in negotiations, drafts various forms of contracts, and represents clients in the Courts.
Adv. Avrech joined our legal team after completing his internship with the firm.
During the course of his studies at the Hebrew University, Adv. Avrech was awarded the Dean’s Award, as well as the Judge Berenson Award.

Since 2015, Adv. Eli Avrech has been serving as a supervisor of articled clerks in the Israel Bar Association. In addition, since 2004, Adv. Avrech has been lecturing at the “Ofek” School – a school for gifted children – providing courses in “Law” and “Elocution”.
Volunteer activities: during the years 2011-2012, Adv. Avrech served – for two terms – as the Chairman of the “Neveh Orot” Neighborhood Committee in Jerusalem.
Since 2002 (with some breaks in between), Adv. Eli Avrech has been volunteering at the “Good Neighbor” Association.
