Shiri Lind is a partner at M. Firon & Co., focusing on commercial law. Shiri represents some of the most prominent companies in the market, advising them with regard to their commercial activity in Israel, as well as overseas. She is an expert in formulating intricate commercial agreements including, among other things, distribution and retail agreements. Her resume includes managing commercial transactions for large Israeli companies of diverse industries, and providing regulatory as well as general legal advice on their ongoing commercial operations. Furthermore, Shiri has extensive expertise in advising various entities in the media and telecommunications domain, including famous creators and performers, media firms and production companies. Likewise, Shiri specializes in family wealth management and represents high net-worth individuals and families, Israeli and foreign alike. She is highly experienced in structuring creative legal solutions to preserve clients’ assets, both locally and overseas. In addition, she specializes in all aspects of personal law in Israel and is proficient in all aspects of prenuptial agreements, divorce agreements, wills, estates, trusts, endowments, heirs and more. In parallel to the abovementioned, Shiri extensively practices immigration law, advising foreign clients seeking to immigrate to Israel, as well as returning residents who hold various assets in Israel and abroad. She has rich experience in representing clients before all institutions and authorities involved in the Aliyah process, including the Ministry of Interior, the Tax Authority, embassies and more. Shiri handles all stages of the process, starting with planning the move to Israel and its effect on the client’s assets, through handling the property during the course of the immigration, to arranging the client’s status and assets at the conclusion of the process.
