Dora Mer

Dora Mer is a partner at M. Firon & Co., focusing on commercial, corporate and labor law. Dora's main fields of practice are general corporate & commercial law and labor law. Dora's practice focuses on advising corporate clients in the fields of telecommunication and homeland security on contractual and commercial matters involving complex and long-term projects. Her practice includes activities requiring cooperation with lawyers in several countries in order to meet clients' needs. Dora counsels corporate clients on a wide range of business issues, such as corporate transactions and compliance with legal requirements on a day-to-day basis. Dora possesses expertise in negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including purchase, lease, distribution, service, OEM software development and licensing, electronic systems subcontractor, infrastructure contracting, and escrow arrangements. Dora has negotiated and concluded agreements vis-à-vis international entities including telecommunications operators in Israel and abroad.
