Jovana is an Associate at Prica & Partners. She focuses on corporate, employment & immigration, litigation, real estate. Jovana assists on general corporate law matters such as corporate and commercial transactions, incorporation matters, contract drafting and review, corporate governance issues, shareholder matters. She also assists in advising clients on the full range of real estate matters and advises numerous clients on immigration issues, in respect to residence and work permits for foreign nationals in Serbia. Jovana has represented multinational and domestic companies in various dispute claims.
