Iva is an Associate at Prica & Partners. She focuses on competition, corporate, employment and personal data protection law. Iva provides advice on all aspects of employment and labour law issues including the establishment or termination of employment, restructuring programmes, employment policies, and puts a special emphasis on immigration matters related to foreign employees. As a well-versed lawyer in Serbian data protection regulations, she advises clients in data protection related matters such as regulatory compliance issues, database registration, data transfer and data breaches, risk assessment, compliance audits and company policy.
