Associate

Paula is an Associate at Prica & Partners, and she has been a member of our team for the past three years, joining after her graduation.

She focuses on corporate and M&A law, restructuring and insolvency, and tax law.

Paula assists Serbian and international companies on all types of corporate/commercial law issues, including corporate and commercial transactions, incorporation and disinvestment matters, contract drafting and review, shareholder issues as well as corporate governance.

She regularly assists prominent clients in the pharma sector in their day-to day needs regarding business contracts, tax issues and clinical trial regulatory framework.

She advises domestic and foreign debtors, creditors and investors on corporate restructuring, workouts, bankruptcy administration, liquidation, enforcement of pledges, insolvency issues and proceedings, as well as the dissolution of companies, including tax aspects of the same.

Paula participated as a team member in several legal due diligence projects.
