Position
As a member of the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice group, I contribute to the successful implementation of projects involving investments and corporate presence. Following relocation to Lithuania in 2022 I have been focusing on Lithuanian and pan-Baltic M&A transactions. In my work, I am driven by a strong belief in creating better opportunities for doing business in the Baltics and Belarus, and aspire to help our clients take advantage of these opportunities by improving the local legal and business climate.
