Career

Kaspar Endrikson' focus is on clients active in the Energy & Infrastructure sector, helping them with their most important legal issues, such as litigation, legislative amendments and tariff-setting. Ensuring compliance. Kaspar has helped natural gas companies to ensure compliance with requirements arising from EU rules, including unbundling sales and transmission operations and related corporate restructuring.

Renewable energy clients. He helped the main renewable energy producers during an extensive legislative process which changed the renewable energy support scheme.

Advising on regulatory matters. Kaspar Endrikson advise energy and infrastructure companies in tariff-setting and investigation procedures conducted by the energy sector regulatory authority and in related court disputes.

State aid and M&A cases. He is regularly involved in all state aid cases as well as energy and infrastructure sector M&A deals handled by Sorainen.
