Senior Associate

Andra is an associate with the firm’s Real Estate & Construction practice, primarily focusing on real estate and construction law. She also has experience in company law and diverse disputes.

Real estate and M&A transactions. She has assisted associates in diverse complex cases involving cross-border and local real estate and M&A transactions.

Commercial contracts. Besides drafting general contracts, Andra has prepared many tailor-made agreements in the field of real estate and company law.

Active participation. Besides work, she is an active member of the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA). She has participated in many workshop programmes for law students, including graduating from the Sorainen Student Academy in 2018 and another recognised international law firm’s study programme before that.
