Senior Associate

As a member of the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice group, Zanda Frišfelde contribute expertise to implementing domestic and cross-border mergers and business restructuring projects.

Doing business in Latvia. Zanda has assisted many international companies in diverse issues, from starting a business in Latvia to business restructuring and reorganisation, as well as exiting the market. Similarly, she has advised clients on corporate governance and management board liability matters.

Cross-border corporate mobility. Her professional activity involves advising large companies on business restructuring matters and cross-border mergers, including both at the planning stage and with project implementation.

M&A deals. Zanda has contributed to teams giving legal support in multiple M&A transactions in diverse industries; in addition to transaction support, she find the phase of conducting legal due diligence especially interesting.
