Manuel Esteves de Albuquerque has advising real estate investments (asset deals and share deals) and respective due diligences. Worked on the creation of real estate investment structures, including real estate investment funds and other real estate vehicles, and drafting and negotiation of sale and purchase agreements.

His experience includes advising clients in operations such as the sale and purchase of retail and logistic parks and touristic projects.
