Iryna Kalnytska is the Head of Tax practice, Restructuring, Claims and Recoveries practices at GOLAW. Iryna has extensive experience in handling some of the most complex debt restructuring cases, involving protection of the banks’ rights in complex disputes over the pledged and mortgaged property, restoration of the creditor’s rights over such property and enforcement proceedings. She also specializes in supporting banks and insurance agencies in providing loans repayments, as well as various aspects of the finance industry, including debt restricting cases and refinancing.

In a Tax field Iryna advises Ukrainian and global companies on national and international taxation, tax risks mitigation, tax restructuring. Iryna also successfully represents the client’s interests in complex tax disputes.
