Kateryna Manoylenko
heads the Dispute Resolution practice of the Firm, which represents the client

The main areas of Iryna’s activities are consulting Ukrainian and foreign
companies on national and international taxation, tax risk management, tax
structuring of agreements and judicial appeals of tax decision notices. Iryna
has extensive experience in representing the interests of foreign and Ukrainian
financial institutions during the conclusion of loan agreements, restructuring
loans, resumption of rights to pledged items, foreclosure and transfer of
pledged property to relevant banks. The team led by Iryna at GOLAW has
consistently achieved favorable results for banks with hostile debtors even in
extrajudicial order. In 2018, Iryna Kalnytska received the honor of individual

Partner, Head of Criminal Law & White Collar Defense , Attorney at

Igor Glushko chairs the practice of Criminal Law & White Collar Defense.
He has extensive experience of defense in criminal proceedings, especially with business
entities in the sphere of service and economic activities and with a particular expertise in state security-related
issues. Igor has significant experience in providing legal support to the
negotiation process on the return of illegally retained assets and
documentation, representation of the interests of companies before law
enforcement agencies, and significant expertise in the process of determining the
amount of material damages caused by criminally punishable actions.Igor
is the author of the 2018 published method manual “The Beginning of Criminal Procedure:
Tips from an Attorney at Law”.
