Mahmut Karyagdi focuses on intellectual property and technology, IP and commercial litigation matters. His practice covers all aspects of IP and commercial litigation including providing legal advice regarding the validity and infringement of IP rights, licensing agreements, technology transfer, trademark acquisitions, unfair competition, and alternative dispute resolution negotiations. He has counseled domestic and international companies operating in the fields of technology and industry through numerous intellectual property and commercial cases under Turkish law, including matters that have resulted in huge amounts of compensations. In addition, he regularly represents clients in the hearings before Turkish Courts of First Instance, Courts of Appeal, and Supreme Court.

Mahmut Karyagdi has extensive experience in internet and law and consumer law. He regularly advises e-commerce companies on internet and technology law, advertisement law and consumer law. He is also a registered trademark attorney.
