Galip has over 20 years of experience in representing Turkish and multinational corporations in high-profile cross-border transactions in the mining, energy, infrastructure, transportation, retail, insurance, technology, food and life sciences sectors. He also works heavily with private equity houses with respect to their M&A transactions on the ground. He has experience advising on both buy and sale sides in major cross-border transactions in the banking, telecommunications, energy, insurance and food sectors. His expertise includes corporate law, commercial law, intellectual property law and data privacy law.
