Position

Martijn van der Vliet, partner and lawyer at BUREN, specializes in financial law. Martijn has extensive experience in advising banks, financial institutions and borrowers in relation to financing transactions and restructurings. Martijn focuses on acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance and other banking-related matters.

Martijn is a member of the LATAM desk and speaks English, Dutch, German and Spanish.

Education

Martijn graduated from Groningen University in Dutch Law in 2008 (cum laude). In 2012 Martijn successfully completed the post-graduate course in financing, security law and property law at the Grotius Academy, as well as their corporate and business law course in 2014.
