Paul Deloo, partner and civil-law notary at BUREN, is specialised in general and notarial corporate law. His practice covers M&A, private equity, financing, restructuring, reorganization, joint ventures, demergers and corporate governance. Paul represents national and international (listed) clients in various (complex) domestic as well as cross-border transactions. Paul is part of BUREN's Kazakhstan Practice Group.

Dutch, English and German

Paul received his degree in notarial and Dutch law from Radboud University Nijmegen in 1997, followed by a specialisation course on Corporate and Business Law from the Grotius Academy. He worked with a large (international) law firm in Amsterdam before he joined BUREN in 2005. Paul became a partner and was appointed civil law notary in 2008.
