Professional Experience

Professional Liability: This case encompasses a network of intricate legal proceedings, spanning administrative, criminal, and civil actions totaling approximately USD 300 million in liabilities, directed towards a professional services provider.

Finance fraud: Providing counsel to a syndicate of international banks regarding a significant banking and finance fraud matter amounting to USD1.5-billion. Agency termination: Acting as legal counsel for a multinational medical corporation in litigation proceedings in Kuwait, where a local agent has filed a claim seeking compensation of approximately USD 67 million for alleged wrongful termination. Islamic finance: Representing sukuk holders in a multi million US dollar claim against the debtor involving collecting outstanding amount, sale of pledged shares, enforcement of assignment of rights and appointment of a receiver.
