Senior Associate

Professional Experience

Commercial Litigation: Represented a regional bank in a high-stakes dispute with a Kuwaiti Company over facilities provided. The value of the claim amounts to KWD 33 million.

Criminal Litigation: Provided robust defense for a multinational company facing a multimillion KWD criminal case filed by the Kuwaiti Environmental Authority.

Construction: Currently advocating for an international joint venture in a significant claim tied to the construction of a refinery in Kuwait, with the disputed amount exceeding KWD 50 million.

Intellectual Property: Effectively represented an international university in a complex dispute concerning the prohibition of infringing trademark registrations in Kuwait, safeguarding the client's intellectual property rights.
