Counselling a regional bank through a dispute: Successfully represented a regional bank in a dispute against a Kuwaiti company regarding facilities provided to them, totaling KWD 33 million. The outcome was a favorable judgment, awarding the client the entire claimed amount. Legal Counsel for an International Investment Company in Investor Dispute: Representing an international investment company headquartered in the US, serving as a fund manager, in a case brought forward by one of its investors, amounting to USD 10 million Defended an International pharmaceutical company: Successfully defended an esteemed International pharmaceutical company in a compensation claim initiated by its former agent in Kuwait. Following thorough legal proceedings, our client emerged victorious with a favorable judgment, resulting in substantial savings exceeding KWD2 million.
