Serdar Bezen advises domestic and international clients on a wide-range of Turkish law matters, with a particular focus on project financing, mergers & acquisitions and arbitration. He is the author of several articles on the Turkish International Arbitration Law (Law No. 4686), the UNCITRAL Model Law, the Turkish Banking Regulation and the Turkish Electricity Market Law.
