Position

Murat Soylu is a partner of Bezen & Partners. He assists domestic and international clients on a wide-range of Turkish law matters, with a particular focus on mergers & acquisitions and capital markets transactions.

Career

Murat Soylu is a member of the Turkish Bar Associations since 2006. Murat Soylu was a member of another top tier law firm in Istanbul for ten years and is specialised in corporate and capital markets law. He represents national and international corporates, banks, financial and capital market institutions and leads various mergers & acquisitions and IPOs,  secondary market transactions and issuance of debt instruments. He is the co-author of several publications. A selection of his publications is as follows: (1) “Converting and Transferring Currency article of John Anderson, Private Sector Development Specialist within the World Bank Group"; (2) “Energy & Commodity Finance Legal Guide issued by BNP Paribas" and (3) “Regulations on Payment Services and Electronic Money Institutions”, Legal Yayincilik.
