Andrea Giannelli coordinates the Banking & Finance and Debt Capital Markets departments of Legance and he is widely acknowledged as a key player in banking, structured finance and DCM transactions. He has been involved in a large number of complex transactions, always being at the forefront of the major bond issues under Euro Medium Term Note / Global Medium Term Note programmes or on a stand-alone basis, liability management transactions, securitisations and other structured finance transactions (including in particular CMBS and NPLs portfolio transfers) as well as bonds placed on domestic and international markets, including innovative capital instruments issued by banks and financial intermediaries for capital adequacy purposes.
