Tommaso Bernasconi focuses on banking, finance, debt secondary market trading and structured finance issues. He regularly advises multinationals, investment banks and global financial institutions in connection with acquisitions, financing of acquisitions, tender offer financing, debt capital market, real estate financing, restructuring and structured finance transactions in the most relevant economic sectors such as, inter alia, corporate, energy, industrial and banking. He has a significant experience in high and structured finance transactions, as well as in the single name UTP and NPLs markets, including innovative structures, as well as in trading of debt instruments in secondary markets. Tommaso Bernasconi has also developed important skills in pre-insolvency restructuring agreements, composition agreements (“concordati preventivi”) and restructuring transactions in general.
