Monica Colombera coordinates the Energy & Infrastructure team. She regularly assists lenders and sponsors in financing major transactions and in the structuring of projects. She also assists domestic and foreign investors in M&A transactions, joint-ventures, development projects and secondary market deals both in the infrastructure and energy sector (oil and gas, photovoltaic, wind, hydro energy). Monica is widely recognized not only for her technical and legal capabilities but also for her deep understanding of the market dynamics. She is regularly involved in assisting institutions and stakeholders with respect to legislative reforms, contractual standardisations and issues of general interest in the relevant market.

In 2001 Monica Colombera obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Competition Law at King’s College in London. In 1993 Monica Colombera graduated in Law, maxima cum laude, at Università degli Studi di Milano.
