Gian Paolo Tagariello focuses on M&A operations, joint ventures and other negotiations and corporate transactions (for both domestic and international companies). He is particularly specialised in insurance, banking and financial sectors, including regulatory issues. He handles the drafting of corporate agreements and legal opinions; and, when appointed, he is arbitrator for commercial litigation and corporate secretary of the boards of industrial and family groups.

Gian Paolo Tagariello in Legance is Member of the Strategic Committee and Remuneration Committee. He coordinates the Insurance Law department.

In 1989 he graduated in Law, maxima cum laude, from Università “LUISS - Guido Carli”, Rome, Italy. In 1991 he obtained a LL.M., Advanced European Legal Studies, from College of Europe, Bruges, Belgium.
