Position
Fred Arthur Andersen is part of the corporate team. He works primarily with mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, financing and contract law and negotiations. Andersen also regularly work with employment law and dispute resolution. Andersen has extensive experience from the financial sector, and has previously worked as General Counsel of SpareBank 1 Gruppen (a leading Norwegian bank and insurance group) and as a lawyer in DNB. Andersen has, in addition to his legal education, an Executive MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.
