Irma is an Associate in the International Transactions Group at Fichte & Co, with a particular emphasis on Shipping and Cross-Border transactions.

Irma specializes in Ship Sale and Purchase, Construction and Finance for both Commercial Vessels and Superyachts. While her primary focus remains on Shipping Transactions, Irma also possesses a deep understanding of International Arbitration.

Prior to joining Fichte & Co., Irma worked in the in-house legal department of a Swiss company, dealing with general Commercial and International Trade Law, as well as Corporate Governance in multiple European jurisdictions.

Irma’s inquisitive nature drives her to often extend her research beyond her core areas of practice, with frequent stints into the intricate domain of Digital Assets Law and Arbitration in Metaverse in support of Fichte’s Digital Assets and Web3 Group.

Her fluency in multiple languages facilitates seamless communication with diverse clients and enables her to navigate through the international legal landscapes effectively.
