In the past years Dr. Marc Löbbe was actively involved in numerous national and international M&A transactions. Other focus areas of his practice aside from corporate law and M&A litigation are compliance issues. Dr. Löbbe is considered an expert on corporate governance issues and in the questions of executive and supervisory board liability.
