Anna-Catherina von Girsewald is a junior-partner at Oppenhoff. She advises German and foreign corporations in national and international M&A transactions and joint ventures. Moreover, she advises on all issues regarding general corporate and commercial law as well as on company restructurings and reorganisations. A further focus of her work is the advice on all matters of insurance supervisory law.
