Position

Marc is a partner of Oppenhoff. Marc Hilber is specialised in advising companies on technology related transactions, and in particular on joint ventures as well as outsourcing and software development projects. He advises on contract structuring for outsourcing and cloud computing, on software projects, e-commerce and on data protection law.Marc Hilber is editor of the guide to Cloud Computing published by Otto Schmidt and co-editor of Beck's Online Commentary in IT Law (2019).

Education

He studied law at the Universities of Passau, Angers, Illinois (LL.M.) and Cologne (Dr. iur.). As part of his legal training he worked for the US law firm Allegaert Berger & Vogel in New York.
