Markus Rasner is a partner at Oppenhoff. Prior to joining Oppenhoff he worked as a lawyer and partner at leading national and international law firms in Frankfurt am Main. In 2008/09 he worked as foreign secondee for one of the leading law firms in Singapore.

Markus Rasner is a partner of Oppenhoff. Markus Rasner specializes in advice on domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. For more than 15 years he has advised entrepreneurs, family offices, financial investors and both national and international enterprises on their M&A projects. He also has extensive experience in advising Asian investors. Markus Rasner additionally advises on distressed M&A transactions and complex corporate law matters.

He studied law at the Universities of Giessen and Munster and earned his doctorate at Giessen University in 2004 with a dissertation on public takeover law.
