Career
Prokopis Linardos joined Your Legal Partners in 2016 as Senior Associate and since 2021 he has been promoted to Junior Partner. He focuses on privatisations, banking and finance, project finance, energy, real estate and public-private partnerships (PPPs). He is very experienced in public procurement law, concessions and other forms of PPP and has a particular expertise in zoning, planning and environmental licensing issues.
He regularly advises on privatisation projects and PPPs in the field of infrastructure representing sponsors, lenders and contracting authorities (including the Hellinikon mega development project, Thessaloniki FlyOver PPP, Alimos Marina Concession and Student Halls PPPs).
