Managing Partner

Maria Golfinopoulou is co–founder and managing partner of Your Legal Partners. She advises on M&A, corporate, competition, real estate matters. She has led teams on major mergers and acquisitions, privatisations and real estate projects structuring, documenting and negotiating complex commercial transactions.

She is the account manager for EOS Group and has represented major developers in big real estate projects as well as H.I.G Capital in most of its investments in the logistics sector.
